What to get in writing before you say yes

Usage period. How long the brand may use your content. After that date it should come down or be renewed.
Where it may run. Organic posts on the brand’s own channels and paid ads (often called whitelisting or boosting) are commonly priced separately.
Exclusivity. Which competing brands you can’t work with, and until when.
Payment terms. The due date, in days after your invoice, and what happens if it is late.
